700g Fish (We recommend Tuna)

200 g Plain Flour

207ml Water

½ Medium Onion (Finely diced)

1½ Tsp Curry Powder

1 Egg

Salt & Pepper to taste

Chopped Parsley (Opitional)

Chopped Chilli (Opitional)

Bowl, Whisk, Frying Pan, Spatula, Knife

Instructions

  1. Cut tuna steaks into rough 1 cm thick slices., season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Finely dice one medium onion.
  3. Whisk the plain flour and water together.
  4. Add the onion, egg and curry powder to the mix to make a thick batter
  5. Add some chopped parsley and finely chopped chilli (optional).
  6. Dip fish into batter and pan fry in a shallow pan until golden on both sides. Enjoy!
