How to make St Helena Banana Fritters

St Helena Banana Fritters

An easy and quick Fritter recipe that is delicious and moreish.

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 60 g mixed Fruit

Instructions

  • Peel and mash Bananas.
  • Mix in flour and Mixed fruit
  • Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Using a tablespoon, carefully drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan to gently fry. These fritters cook very quickly. Once browned carefully flip to cook the second side using a fork or spatula. Once cooked, remove from pan to a kitchen towel and repeat.
